The traditionally designed kitchen has a separate utility room and a great range with halogen hob and double and single oven and a wooden kitchen table. To the front elevation of the house as you enter is a large hall with corridor leading to a W.C. and the kitchen. The main staircase leads to the bedrooms and on the first floor are galleried windows and a wrought iron staircase leading to a small balcony at the top of the house. The main staircase also leads down to a further terrace with patio furniture. Please note that the tower sitting room has no wardrobes if used as a bedroom. The classically designed pool area is really lovely and has views to the Mediterranean, it looks gorgeous lit up at night. There is a balustrade staircase leading from the pool area to the lower terrace and garden and timber steps to the lower garden where there is another small, shady terrace with loungers.

Due to the high maintenance costs, the property is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this.
Should you require additional cleaning or laundry or maid service during your stay it is vital that u let us know at the time of booking and this service is very popular and will need to be scheduled.

Spain Costa Del Sol

Spain's `sunshine coast' is one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations. With an average of 320 days of blue sky annually, it is perfect as a summer holiday or as a winter destination for golfers, walkers and those wishing to pursue out-door activities. Families are particularly well catered for, with myriad attractions, restaurants and of course miles of beaches. Children are not just tolerated but welcomed by the friendly Spanish people.
Despite the march of development, the area still has the ambience of Andalucia, the most `Spanish' of all regions and you do not have to venture far from your holiday home to encounter local ferias, fiestas and romerias - the scent of Jasmine is in the air, inexpensive wine is flowing freely- come and enjoy!

Marbella West

A chic suburb of Marbella, Nueva Andalucia is located in the hills behind Puerto Banus, overlooking three exclusive golf courses Aloha Golf, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos and is therefore ideally located for golfing. Internationally known as a jet set play ground, Puerto Banus is where you can admire the luxurious yachts of the rich and famous or enjoy a cocktail in one of the many sophisticated bars. There is a wide variety of top class restaurants featuring cuisines from around the world. Or if your purse can stretch to it, shop until you drop in the many designer boutiques. The famous Casino is 5 minutes walk, if you can keep up with the high rollers give it a try. Even nearer is the chic bar garden Club of Tapelia Chill Out, popular late in the evening with the beautiful people Old Marbella is only 10 mins drive away with its pretty Plaza de los Naranjos, beautifully preserved white Moorish houses and geranium filled balconies. The area features many different beaches with an eclectic mix of beach bars and up market beach clubs to suite every ones budget but be warned prices in the beach clubs of Puerto Banus are not for the faint hearted. The area is well placed for exploring beautiful Andalucia.The famous white villages are well worth a visit and also Ronda with its breathtaking gorge and the oldest bullring in Spain, still in use There are many national parks just on the doorstep and from December to April you can ski in the Sierra Nevada, 2.5 hours drive. Further afield, for the more adventurous Morocco, with its souks and third world charm is only two hours away.
