property management serviceOur Service Managers will visit your property on a weekly basis and carry out a series of checks. When entering your property they will use a sophisticated electronic management system that will log their time of entry. After completing their checks, which will include:

Checking for post( which can be forwarded if required). Checking for leaks and / or storm damage. Watering indoor plants, flushing toilets and running taps, opening windows to air all the rooms, checking for insect/rodent infestation and generally checking the security of the property. The Service Manager will then secure the building and log out using the same management system.

At the end of each day all information is downloaded from the Managers´ PDAs on to the company’s computer system and will be held on record.

A small aesthetically pleasing plaque will be placed on the entrance of each property informing visitors and guests that the property is being managed and maintained by our company, so in the event of an emergency they will be able to contact our service managers, who operate 24 hours per day.
